#Luau Feast

We booked in for a traditional Luau dinner at the resort which also promised a Legend of Hawaii show. The centrepiece of the Luau is meant to be a whole pig that is cooked in a pit and then carved and shared. In true Americal fashion it was merely a huge buffet dinner with the shell of the pig there for show. The were unlimited drinks for all and the kids loved sampling various different mocktails, however Emily reverted back to milk pretty soon. The show was quite good and Matthew even went on stage to try and learn some traditional Hawaiian dances. We all got flower necklaces on arrival and Emily also got a temporary tattoo. Overall it was an interesting evening but not exactly what we had anticipated.
