Busking and Cooking

We were walking along Southbank when the boys noticed that a busker was setting up for his show and he had a 9 foot tall unicycle. Ben stopped to ask him for tips on learning to ride an unicycle. We then proceeded to stay and watch his show. He picked Matthew as his helper and Matthew got to hand him props throughout. It made Matthew’s day. The busker was quite funny and did juggling with knives and fire while on top of the unicycle.

Afterwards we went to a huge play area which had different sections for the various ages. Emily took Thomas down the slide a few times while Ben and Matthew went up the giant climbing gym.

Then the heavens opened and it absolutely bucketed down. We found a table under cover and planted ourselves for almost an hour. The boys played cards while Bron kept an eye on the weather charts to see when the rains would pass.

For dinner we went to a Korean barbeque restaurant where you get to cook your own food. We were all a bit hungry and ordered quite a variety which filled up the table. In 30 mins it was all gone. The boys loved being able to cook their own meat on the grill in the middle of the table.
