Finally in Rovaniemi

We landed into Rovaniemi airport a bit later than planned at 2.30 in the afternoon and the sun had already set. The sun is meant to rise tomorrow at 11.08am and then set again at 1.25pm.

The bus took us directly to a clothing rental place so we could get proper snow overalls, boots, gloves and beanies. We are staying at the Santa Claus Hotel and we got our itinerary for the next few days on check-in.

The hotel package includes breakfast and dinner and we headed down for a early buffet meal so we could all have a good night’s sleep as the next few days are quite packed with activities.
