We realized that we hadn’t really had a Danish meal in our week in Denmark, apart from a few open sandwiches during our Food Tour. We asked the concierge to find us a local restaurant for dinner and they booked us into a place called BioMio, Copenhagen most popular organic restaurant that focuses on local produce. The restaurant was a short Uber ride away and our driver worked for a startup focused on Block Chain and augmented reality.

The restaurant was very funky and the staff were lovely. They got us a bench seat so we could lie Thomas between us. The menu was quite limited but the food was fantastic. Ben tried the mussels while Matthew had the local steak. It was surprising to see how many people were out with their little ones. There would have been atleast another 5 tables with children under 5.
