Dinner in Copenhagen

We arrived back into Copenhagen and our guide and transfer were waiting for us at the station. It, however, took us a while to find each other. The hotel is very close to the station as well as Tivoli Gardens. The Marriott provided us interconnecting rooms and had set up a special bed for Emily.

After a quick change we walked towards Tivoli Gardens to find some Christmas markets and also some dinner. The markets at Tivoli looked impressive bit there was an entry fee. As we are meant to come here as part of our tour tomorrow, we decided to give it a miss. We found some small markets next door however the quality of the goods was nearly not as good as we saw in Aarhus. We later realized this was mainly Polish goods rather than Danish handicrafts.

We went for a wander nearby and found a small cafe for dinner. While it seemed quite late we were done with dinner by 7 and back in the hotel soon after. Bron decided that since the kids had coped really well all day they deserved an ice cream.
